The basic mistake humans make understanding "bad" behaviour.

I was recently reminded of a fun fact I learned during my PhD.

Did you know…the more ice cream that’s eaten in a city on any given night, the more crime is committed.

This is not because ice cream has some evil ingredient.

But the science behind this fact can help you better understand your teen’s behaviour.

I’ve made a short video for you above which explains a basic mistake humans make when understanding behaviour and how learning about this one thing is crucial for helping you know what to do when your teen speaks rudely, storms away, doesn’t listen to you, or yells at their sister.

Discipline is not the first step…this is.

It is only a few minutes and can help you change these behaviours in your teen and get out of the telling, yelling, storming off or locked in room cycles that are common in teens.
