What You Might Really be Missing When It Comes to Your Teen

There's many things we miss as parents of teens.

You might've missed they snuck a phone into their bed.

Or that they didn't do their math homework.

Or that they haven't eaten a vegetable in a week.

But there's something more important you might be missing.

You might be missing...

your child.

When kids turn into tweens and teens the eye rolls, moodiness, refusal and closed doors put pressure on the relationship.

And many parents find they begin to lose some of the connection they used to love with their kid.

One of the biggest blindspots of parents of teens is accepting this distance as normal.

Your teen wants and needs a close connected relationship with you.

They don't want to roll their eyes and get frustrated with you.

They want to be understood.

Understanding is the foundation of your relationship.

Understanding is how you actually help your teen.

When you truely understand the real causes behind teenage rudness, refusal, moodiness and closed doors you're in a better position to change these things and get your connection back.

And to be honest...

Most parents get this part wrong.

Because they don't have the right tools and information to help them to understand.

I've seen really knowledgable parents who are trying their best still get this wrong.

And if you're facing eye rolls, moodiness, refusal and closed doors in your household...

Or your teen is politely silently nodding but then not changing...

Your understanding may be a little off.

There's steps you can take to improve your understanding and connection with your teen to improve their resilience, get the hugs back and help them change.

I'm sharing the exact steps I teach inside my Calm Connection program in my upcoming free Calm Connection Workshop.

You can save your spot here now.

I've had over 20 000 parents register for this workshop in the past 3 years.

This year I am sharing even more because I deeply care about your teen and your relationship with them.
